03-04-2018 12:47 PM. it seems that nobody is reading the technical issues board, so Im going to post it here. recently (in the past 1 week) Im having problems with postage labels - royal mail postage label purchased through ebay. using chrome browser on desktop computer. the label is purchased normally, at the end where previously the pdf file. What solved it was eBay CS printing the label for me - I was able then to reprint it - and print all labels for my additional items as well. No idea what was wrong, but the CSR sounded familiar with it - and fortunately for me also familiar with the solution.
